There must be a concept that you find hard to understand, a fact that you find hard to remember, or a problem that you find hard to solve.

A good time to study, revise, or attempt something that is difficult is half an hour before you go to sleep. Then, when you go to sleep, your brain will still continue to digest that topic and store it in long-term memory. Often, when you wake up the next morning you will find that you have understood the topic better, or found a way to solve the problem!

Also, when your mind is fresh in the morning, the first thing you should study is something that you find difficult. When the mind is fresh, you are more likely to understand concepts better.
When to study a tough concept?
