This video by an eeksha.com student shows how to connect Android phone to Android TV and a USB keyboard: Total cost: about Rs.400/-: You have to buy a USB keyboard (Rs.~300-350/-) and a USB OTG Adopter plug (Rs.~50/-). Total cost: Rs. ~1200/-. You have to buy a HDMI-to-RCA converter box (about Rs.~400/- on Amazon/Flipkart), a micro-USB-to-HDMI cable (Rs.~600/- on croma.com) and an RCA cable (Rs.~150/- on Amazon).
Connect RelJio phone to HDMI-to-RCA box using the micro-USB-to-HDMI cable. Then connect the HDMI-to-RCA box to your TV using the RCA cable. Done!
 Connect Android phone to Wireless Keyboard.
Total cost: Rs.~700/- (on flipkart.com)
Go to Settings in your Android phone, there go to “Language and Keyboard”, then under “Keyboard and Input Methods” look for wireless-keyboard option.
