What are good ways of helping your teenager prepare for exams?!
 
 
Do you know how important sunlight is for your children’s brain to work properly?! Actually, do you know how important sunlight is for YOUR brain to function properly? If you don’t, continue reading and find out.
 
You would know that when sunlight falls on our bodies they produce Vitamin D. It turns out that for a person to be able to think properly, they should have the required amount of Vitamin D in their bodies. If not, people will behave strangely-- they may be irritable, their memories may not be good, they may take poor decisions, etc. So, if your child seems to be behaving strangely, one of the things you should do is take them for a general medical test and specifically ask for tests of their Vitamin D and iron levels.
 
Now, if you don’t make sure that your children spend enough time in the sunlight playing, you will make sure their Vitamin D levels go down and therefore their exam performace go down. Do you want to do that?!
 
Remember one thing: sunlight that comes through a window glass does not help produce Vitamin D, the sunlight has to fall directly on the body for it to help produce Vitamin D.
